Cancellations
You must give at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation by telephone.
If this notice is not given, unfortunately the full price of the treatment booked will be charged. As the time could have been filled by another client.
If you are in a Health plan you may be able to claim some of the treatment cost back. FHT registered. Enquire with your plan providers.
Deposits & Payments
Full payment by bank transfer required on booking to secure the time and space.
