When you first meet with me, we will discuss the issues you want to work on, then together, we will work out a programme of treatment for you and explain what will happen in the sessions.
In a session of hypnosis I will talk you through a process, where you will become more and more relaxed. This is a trance like condition. You are aware the whole time. In this relaxed state of mind, I will speak to the unconscious mind and address positive affirmations.
I will give direct suggestions to your unconscious mind. I will be able to suggest positive ideas, concepts and lifestyle adaptations specifically for you, then the ideas become firmly engraved.
I can use stories and metaphors to give suggestions and ideas to your unconscious mind. This can be very effective because it helps to eliminate the resistance to change that may come from the conscious mind.
