Well hello there!

I'm now into my three weeks into my rehab from an operation. Trying to keep from going crazy, I have watched Webinars and half way through an online course, painted my living room and stripped wall paper from the comfort of my electric motochair....yes I know what your saying...I know you know me! Can't sit still for long....well in my defense I love being productive. I've found the Hypnosis on healing and pain release absloutely amazing! So hopefully I will be back to work in 4-6 weeks, as I am totally missing you all!

Experience the power of infrared. sauna infrared

The gentle heat from an infrared sauna penetrates your body and raises your internal temperature. This triggers a deep and cleansing sweat that eliminates toxins, chemicals and fat.
Infrared saunas provide a more comfortable and relaxing environment than traditional saunas, and relieve a wider range of health concerns.

What’s the difference between a conventional sauna and an infrared sauna?

A traditional sauna heats up the air in the sauna cabin to around 80°C - 90°C. The hot air then heats your body up from the outside. Your body produces a ‘water sweat’ to cool itself down.
The heat from your infrared sauna warms your body from within, whilst the air temperature stays at a comfortable 40°C - 55°C degrees.
This produces a deeper and more cleansing sweat that flushes toxins out of your body.

What is infrared?

Infrared is one of the invisible light rays that we feel from the sun. Unlike UV rays (which are a different wavelength), it is completely safe.
This healing heat is absorbed deeply into the body, which happens optimally at a wavelength of 9.4 microns. It is so safe that it is used to keep newborn babies warm.

Relax and enjoy the many health benefits of infrared heat therapy

Detoxification
Eliminate toxins stored deep inside the body through profuse sweating.

Boosts the immune system
The infrared heat is absorbed deeply into the body, raising your core temperature and inducing an aritifical fever. This triggers the body’s immune system and causes it to fight off infection.

Skin Rejuvenation

Increased blood circulation and the elimination of toxins lead to smoother, clearer skin.

Improved Sleep
The gentle and soothing heat of infrared promotes relaxation and improves sleep.

Stress Relief
Infrared light increases the production of endorphins in the body, similar to a post workout “high.”

Weightloss
Burn up to 600 calories in a session.

Improved Cardio Health
Each infrared session is a cardiac workout, equivalent to an hour of vigorous exercise but without the muscle fatigue or pain.

Muscle and Joint Pain Relief
The deep soothing heat and increased blood circulation relaxes and restores sore muscles and joints.

From 1st April 2018 prices will be rising at £2.00 a treatment.

This is the first rise in 4 years.

Thank you for all your support.
